Malcolm has been practicing as an admitted attorney for more than 10 years. His main areas of practice include competition law, specifically in relation to the defending of complaints before the competition authorities, the preparing of merger filings and merger reports and civil damages arising from contraventions of the Competition Act. Malcolm has experience in negotiating and drafting commercial transactions and contracts, as well as representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration hearings.
