Vanessa van der Linde
Vanessa obtained her B.Com Law qualification (in 2008) and her LLB qualification (in 2010) cum laude, at the University of the Free State and has been practicing as an admitted attorney of the High Court for more than 10 years. Vanessa specialises in debt collections and general litigation in both the Magistrate's Court and High Court. She is currently focused on recoveries for major connectivity providers and has particular experience in the telecommunications industry. She also has experience in liquidation applications, automatic rental interdicts. eviction application as well as lease agreement disputes.
